Day 01: Arrival - Nairobi
Arrive into Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport today. After clearing customs you will be met and transferred to the Ole Sereni Hotel. Spend the rest of your day relaxing by the pool or enjoying the magnificent view of Nairobi National Park. Dinner & Overnight stay: Eka Hotel
Day 02: Amboseli National Park
Today you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for the scheduled 7:30am flight to Amboseli National Park. You will be met at the airstrip and depart on your first game drive en-route to Oltukai lodge. The lodge is situated on the heart of the Amboseli National Park. The hotel has magnificent views of Mt Kilimanjaro and the best place to watch elephants with the backdrop of the mountain. After lunch relax by the pool and at 16:00hrs depart for the afternoon game drive. Dinner & Overnight stay: Oltukai Lodge
Day 03: Full Day - Amboseli National Park
Today you will have two game drives at the park. In between game drives you may wish to take a guided walk outside the park or relax at the swimming pool. Dinner & Overnight stay: Oltukai Lodge
Day 04: Amboseli National Park - Samburu Game Reserve
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the scheduled 8:30am flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport where you will connect with your flight to Samburu game reserve. The reserve is located in the northern part of Kenya. Here you’ll encounter the unique northern species like the beautiful reticulated giraffe, Gerenuk, Gravy Zebra among other animals. Dinner & Overnight at Ashnil Samburu Camp
Day 05: Samburu Game Reserve
Today you will have two game drives in the park extra activities at the camp are discovering the diversity of the national reserve on foot and have an intimate encounter with the wildlife and nature. For those who love bird watching our resident naturalist will take you on a guided tour through the reserve to learn about the various bird species. Dinner & Overnight at Ashnil Samburu Camp
Day 06: Samburu Game Reserve - Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast you will be driven to the airstrip for the scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara. During of peak season the flight may be routed to via Nairobi, in this case we will arrange with the lodge to provide picnic lunches. Maasai Mara Game Reserve has one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in all of Africa, providing for wonderful wildlife viewing year round, the reserve covers an area of 1,500 sq. km.) The Mara is well known for the part it plays in the “great migration”. After landing at the air strip you will be met by Ashnil Camp vehicle, game drive en-route to the camp. Ashnil Camp has 40 luxury tents, is located in the Masai Mara National Reserve and close to the Mara River, famous for the wildebeest migration. Dinner & Overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp
Day 07: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
A full day in Maasai Mara with the two game drivers, optional activities include Hot air balloon. Dinner & Overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp
Day 08: Depart - Nairobi
Depart on an early morning game drive, returning to camp for breakfast. Afterwards you will be driven to the airstrip to catch the schedule 11:00am flight back to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport arriving at noon. You will be taken to the Airport to connect your flight or we can arrange for a day room at an extra cost.
